Parts Order Processing
• Orders may be submitted via CUMPAS, phone or fax to the Arlington Customer Support Center. An efficient and professional order processing team is readily available to accept purchase orders, create and expedite orders, and advise on availability.

• Order Types
- Weekly Stock Orders: Designed to be the largest orders placed for stock replenishment. Back orders are filled at the earliest possible date.
- Daily Stock Orders: Intended for stock-out situations and replenishment of fast moving items. Back orders are filled at the earliest possible date.
- Emergency Orders: Limited to parts needed to repair a mission-disabling failure. Back orders are placed on emergency ship basis with Cummins PDC in Memphis, TN, for delivery next business day.

CUMPAS
• CUMPAS is an online ordering system available at no charge for dealers.
• If you experience technical difficulty placing your CUMPAS order, please contact the Cummins Southern Plains CUMPAS Coordinator (Dina Blankenship - 817-640-6883) or the CUMPAS Support Center (DIS Corporation) at 800-328-6727.
• For new account set-up, please contact the Cummins Southern Plains CUMPAS Coordinator (Dina Blankenship - 817-640-6883).
• If your CUMPAS-related support problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner, please contact the Customer Support Center to place your order and notify the Customer Support Representative of the CUMPAS issue.
Order Discounts
• New Cummins and ReCon components ordered through CUMPAS and shipped from the Arlington PDC will receive a 4% discount.
• Order discounts will be issued on the invoice. To receive the discount, dealer account receivables must be current.
• The following products are not eligible for the discount:
- ReCon engines, short blocks, long blocks
- New Cummins engines
- Manuals and literature
- All other allied products
General Information
• No limit to the number of orders that may be placed.
• Orders placed outside the normal operating hours incur a $50 call-out fee if not placed through the CUMPAS system.
• Claims for shortages on shipments must be made within 90 days of the invoice.
• Shipments are made to ordering dealer location only.
• Dealer location will not receive dealer or promotional price on parts for engine families for which they are not certified.
ReCon Immediate Ship Program
• When a qualifying component is required immediately and Cummins Southern Plains does not have the needed component in stock, ReCon will ship the component from the Memphis Distribution Center via common carrier to any destination within the CSPL territory.
• To request a ReCon engine, please contact the ReCon Engine Group. For blocks and
crankshafts, please contact your Customer Support Representative.
• A standard customer down request will be shipped on the next stock trailer to the Arlington PDC.

• For air freight of these products, a CSPL representative must contact the ReCon Ship desk and request air shipment. Cost of air shipment is calculated by the pound weight of the item. There is no limit to the charges. Dealer will be provided with an air freight shipment cost once
availability is confirmed.
Premium Freight Waiver Program
• Premium freight charges will be waived for parts ordered for a warranty repair
performed by an authorized Cummins dealer.
• This applies to Cummins or ReCon warranty repairs only. Policy repairs are excluded.
• Orders may be placed via CUMPAS, phone or fax. The order must be identified as a warranty order at the time it is placed. Engine serial number and RapidServe claim number are required.
Monthly Rebate Program
• Cummins Southern Plains will issue a monthly rebate based on qualified dealer order
volume.
• To qualify, the order must be placed via CUMPAS and shipped from the Arlington PDC.
• The rebate is calculated based on the monthly purchase volume of individual dealer locations.
• Orders paid for by credit card do not qualify.
• To receive a rebate, account receivables for the dealer location must be current.
• A separate credit memo is issued for the monthly rebate.
