In the unlikely event that you experience a failure on your ISX or ISM engine, your case will be given priority status through QuickServe at any Cummins distributor location. With QuickServe, you'll get an immediate diagnosis and estimated time of completion. If the repair is estimated to take more than 24 hours, Cummins will reimburse you for up to three days' truck rental, so that your load can be delivered on schedule. The Uptime Guarantee coverage is good through midnight, December 31, 2003. Service must be performed at a Cummins distributor location in North America, with the 24 hour period starting when your truck arrives at our service location.
