Educational Assistance Program

Cummins Southern Plains, LLC is committed to supporting our employees’ continuing education. We offer an educational assistance program that may reimburse you for up to 80% of tuition and books ($2,000 maximum per year).

Billy L. Mars Scholarship Program

Our scholarship program provides annual scholarships ranging from $500 to $2,000 per scholarship to selected employees’ children. An independent selection process is used to determine recipients.
