   What is the Cummins Power Club?

Cummins previously maintained two clubs, The Power Masters and Power Boosters Clubs, to service recreational vehicles, Dodge Pickups and Onan generators. The Cummins Power Club replaces these clubs in order to better service our Cummins customers with expanded services and benefits.

   Who is eligable to join the Cummins Power Club?

The club is designed for retail end users or owners of Cummins engines and Onan generators. Typically, this is recreational and pleasure vehicle owners, such as Dodge PU and Recreational Vehicles. The vehicle use is non-commercial.

   What are the clubs services and benefits?

Cummins Power Club members receive the following benefits from participating Cummins Distributors:

• 10% Parts and Service Discounts
• Expanded Service Coverage throughout the United States and Canada
• Toll Free Club Service: 866-442-9576
• Engine Assistance Center through 1 (800) Diesels or 1 (800) 343-7357
• Online newsletter

   Do I always get a 10% disicount on parts and service?

The 10% discount applies to parts and service which aren't already a discounted special. Some distributor specials are priced to give more than a 10% discount, so an additional discount wouldn't apply. The distributor determines this.

   What parts and services are covered by the discount?

Genuine Cummins Parts: New, ReCon, Filtration, and Power Generation. This discount also applies to Valvoline products and labor.

   How much does membership cost?

The cost for membership is $19.95 annually, in the United States. For Canadian members, the cost is $24.95 annually.

   How can I join?

There are three ways to join the Cummins Power Club.

   Will I receive a reminder when it is time for me to renew my membership?

The cost for membership is $19.95 annually, in the United States. For Canadian members, the cost is $24.95 annually.

   What if my problem is not engine or generator related?

A customer is still a customer, so your Cummins Distributor will make every effort to get you back on the road. This may include getting the customer scheduled into a location that can fix his problem.

   Can I sign up over the phone or online?

Yes, you can call 866-442-9576 or go to the registration web site. A credit card is required.

   How long does it take before my membership is active?

If you sign up over the phone the membership becomes active immediately. If you mail in the form, your information will be processed as soon as it arrives at the Power Club Headquarters.

   What happens after I sign up for a membership?

You will receive a packet of information in the mail detailing the membership benefits. You will also receive a membership card with you member number.

   Where can I use the membership?

Yes, all U.S. and Canada Cummins distributors honor the Power Club Membership.

   If I sign up for membership while my vehicle is being worked on will I receive the 10% discount?

Enrollment must take place before the vehicle work is completed and you are invoiced. You must sign up over the phone by calling 866-442-9576. Your account will become active that same day and you will be able to receive the discount.

   The enrollment form asks for an engine serial number. Where is this located?

You will need to find the engine plate located on your engine. This metal plate has all the engine information printed on it. It is usually on the front right side of the engine. It is black with silver lettering. This information is not manditory if you are not able to find it.
